At KC Empowerment, every person is empowered to understand and exercise their legal and human rights. We respect and actively promote these rights both internally and to the broader community. Our Welcome Pack includes relevant information and resources, such as the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disability and contacts for advocacy organisations. Participants are expected to respect the privacy and dignity of others, communicate their needs effectively, and take responsibility for their decisions. KC Empowerment treats all complaints seriously, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring fair treatment throughout the resolution process. Participants can easily access information on how to lodge complaints and are supported through every

KC Empowerment supports the use of advocates to ensure that participants' voices are heard and respected in all aspects of service delivery.
