She is pivotal in overseeing the financial activities of the company and meticulously ensures the integrity of financial data. Her approachable demeanour and commitment to excellence make her a trusted advisor to both her team.

Stacey brings over 23 years of dedicated experience in the early childhood sector, driven by a deep passion for fostering growth and learning in children from birth to age five. Throughout her career, she has not only worked directly with young children but has also mentored and led teams of managers, ensuring both compliance and exceptional quality of care. Her extensive background reflects a commitment to nurturing both the developmental needs of children and the professional growth of her team.

Meet Sarah, a Registered Psychology with over 15 years’ experience specialising in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Psychometric Testing. She has a client centred approach to her practice, shows strong empathy and creates meaningful psychological treatments for her clients.

With a background in Social Work and Leisure Management, Elizabeth brings over 13 years of heartfelt experience supporting individuals with diverse needs. In her role as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner within the NDIS space, she offers compassionate, person-centred, and neuroaffirming support. Elizabeth is deeply passionate about empowering neurodivergent children and walking alongside families throughout every stage of life, creating safe, supportive spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and valued.

Danielle is an experienced Psychosocial Recovery Coach and Support Coordinator. Currently pursuing a Master's in Neurodivergence, Danielle is on her way to becoming a qualified Developmental Educator. With an extensive background as an experienced Support Worker and Support Coordinator, Danielle's expertise is enriched by her previous work in Africa amidst a pandemic. Her experience in supporting individuals with diverse needs adds invaluable depth to our team, ensuring compassionate and effective care for all our clients.
