Meet Olivia Wiley, one of Kind & Collaborative Empowerment’s enthusiastic Therapy Assistants, based on the Gold Coast and online. Olivia is currently completing a Bachelor of Psychological Science and brings a genuine passion for understanding human behaviour, cognition, and emotions to her work.

In practice, Olivia is committed to supporting children, teenagers, and their families by creating safe, empowering spaces where clients can explore their strengths, build resilience, and develop practical skills to thrive. She takes a person-centred approach, tailoring strategies and resources to meet each individual’s unique needs, interests, and abilities. By combining evidence-informed psychology principles with empathy and understanding, Olivia ensures her clients feel supported, understood, and encouraged every step of the way.
Olivia is eager to gain hands-on experience and grow both personally and professionally within the field of psychology. Her ultimate goal is to make a meaningful, positive impact by applying psychological principles to improve lives and communities, supporting individuals to flourish now and in the future.
