Meet Stanley, an experienced Occupational Therapist with a strong background in mental health and workplace rehabilitation. Originally from the U.S. and now based in Australia for over six years, Stanley is passionate about helping individuals reconnect with what matters most to them-whether that’s building everyday independence, returning to work, or navigating life’s challenges.

In his work delivering Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs), Stanley takes a person-centred, strengths-based, and neuroaffirming approach. He combines professional expertise with a practical, supportive style, ensuring clients feel understood, valued, and empowered throughout the assessment process. His focus is always on highlighting real-world abilities and creating meaningful, actionable insights.
Stanley’s FCAs are designed to make a tangible difference. By identifying strengths and potential areas for growth, he supports individuals to regain independence, confidently pursue their goals, and reconnect with the activities and routines that truly matter.
