Meet Stacey — our Practice Manager and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner at Kind & Collaborative Empowerment. With over 25 years of experience in the Early Childhood sector, Stacey has led services, mentored centre managers, and partnered with families to create inclusive, empowering environments where every child and individual can thrive. Her expertise spans child development, family dynamics, team leadership, and operational management, all of which inform her approach to supporting both practitioners and participants. In her dual role, Stacey ensures the smooth running of our practice while delivering compassionate, evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support, creating personalised strategies that prioritise strengths, autonomy, and long-term growth.
Stacey's transition into allied health is deeply personal. Living with anxiety and a chronic condition herself, she brings lived experience, empathy, and insight that allows her to meet people where they are and advocate for genuine inclusion. Outside of work, Stacey is a proud mum of four, inspired daily by the importance of nurturing individuality, neurodiversity, and wellbeing, and is committed to creating safe, supportive spaces where people of all ages and abilities can flourish.

"I believe that every individual has unique strengths and potential, and through empathy, understanding, and neuroaffirming support, we can create spaces where people feel seen, empowered, and able to thrive." - Stacey Moore
