Meet Danielle, one of our dedicated Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, specialising in ADHD, ASD and eating disorders. Danielle is currently completing a Master’s in Neurodivergence and working toward becoming a qualified Developmental Educator, combining academic expertise with trauma-informed practice to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

Danielle brings both professional knowledge and lived experience as a neurodiverse individual and as a mother to two neurodivergent sons. She has extensive experience supporting individuals with diverse cognitive, social, and developmental needs, including international work in Africa during the pandemic, where she adapted to complex and challenging environments. These experiences have strengthened her ability to provide flexible, empathetic, and culturally sensitive support tailored to each individual’s unique circumstances.
In practice, Danielle collaborates closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to create practical, person-centred strategies that promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes. Her approach is neuroaffirming and strengths-based, ensuring that every client feels heard, respected, and supported as they navigate their personal journey. Danielle is passionate about empowering individuals and families, helping them build the skills, confidence, and resilience to thrive both now and in the future.

“Being both a practitioner and a mother to neurodivergent children has shown me that with understanding, empathy, and tailored support, individuals can harness their strengths, navigate challenges, and grow with confidence and independence.”
