POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT PRACTITIONER
A'lysse Linder
Meet A’lysse, a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner who brings both professional expertise and powerful lived experience to her work. As a mum of four neurodiverse boys, A’lysse has a deep, authentic understanding of the day-to-day realities families navigate. She is passionate about creating support that feels respectful, practical, and genuinely aligned with each individual’s needs.
Alongside her work in Positive Behaviour Support, A’lysse is also a tennis coach, where she champions inclusion and connection through movement and sport. She values creating environments where people feel safe to be themselves, build confidence, and experience a true sense of belonging. Her approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful support should not only reduce stress, but also empower individuals and families to thrive in their everyday lives.
Throughout her journey as both a parent and practitioner, A’lysse has supported neurodiverse children and their families to navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and create more ease in everyday life. Her lived experience provides a unique lens, allowing her to connect with families in a way that feels genuine, compassionate, and deeply understanding. She recognises that no two individuals are the same, and is committed to delivering support that is flexible, collaborative, and truly person-centred.

A’lysse is particularly passionate about early support and empowering families with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to advocate for their children. She believes that meaningful change happens through connection, trust, and consistency, and is dedicated to walking alongside families to ensure they feel supported, heard, and respected every step of the way.

“"As a mum to four neurodiverse boys, my lived experience is at the heart of everything I do. I’m passionate about creating support that truly understands families — where people feel seen, empowered, and capable. My ‘why’ is simple: helping individuals build confidence, reduce stress, and feel a genuine sense of belonging." - AJ Linder
