Meet Olivia, one of Kind & Collaborative Empowerment’s dedicated Therapy Assistants and Support Workers, based on the Gold Coast and online. Olivia is currently completing a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), bringing a strong foundation in critical thinking, evidence-informed practice, and neuroaffirming approaches to her work.

In practice, Olivia specialises in supporting children and teenagers, helping them achieve personal goals, build resilience, develop self-esteem, and foster emotional growth. She takes a person-centred, neuroaffirming approach, carefully tailoring strategies, resources, and activities to suit each client’s unique strengths, interests, and needs. By creating safe and empowering environments, Olivia ensures that clients can explore their abilities, build confidence, and develop practical skills that will help them thrive both now and in the future.
Olivia also works closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration and consistency to achieve meaningful, individualised outcomes. Her approach combines professional expertise with empathy and understanding, recognising that lasting growth occurs when children and teenagers feel supported, understood, and valued.
