Meet Georgia, an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner in training. Georgia is passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential and live their happiest, healthiest lives through a unique blend of nutrition expertise and neuroaffirming counselling-bringing together the best of both worlds.

In practice, Georgia creates individualised and sustainable strategies that move beyond short-term fixes. By taking the time to understand each person-their routines, preferences, challenges, and goals- she designs nutrition and lifestyle plans that are practical, enjoyable, and easy to maintain. Her work includes one-on-one consultations, body composition analysis, and behaviour change strategies, all aimed at supporting long-term health, wellbeing, and confidence.
Georgia’s philosophy is grounded in empowerment. She believes that good health isn’t about restriction or rigid rules, but about building a positive, balanced relationship with food and self-care.

As a practitioner who bridges dietetics and Positive Behaviour Support, Georgia offers a truly holistic perspective. She recognises that health involves both body and mind, and she is committed to helping the people she supports build independence, resilience, and confidence.
Based on the Gold Coast, Georgia brings warmth, expertise, and a client-centred approach to every interaction. Her vision is to empower individuals not just to survive but to thrive, helping them build a healthier, happier life grounded in balance, confidence, and lasting change.

“I believe that lasting change comes when we shift the focus from quick fixes to building sustainable habits, helping people feel empowered, confident, and capable in their own health journey.” - Georgia Dallow
