Qualifications
Kim is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a Master’s in Special Education and extensive experience in special education across the USA, New Zealand, and Australia. As a registered NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner at the Proficient level, she supports children, adolescents, and adults with diverse needs, bringing a wealth of knowledge, practical expertise, and a compassionate approach to her work.

Kim is deeply passionate about working alongside families to develop personalised, strengths-based plans that foster emotional resilience, confidence, and essential everyday skills. She understands the importance of feeling heard and supported, and takes pride in building trusting relationships with parents, carers, and multidisciplinary support teams. Her approach ensures that interventions are tailored to each individual’s unique strengths, preferences, and circumstances.
Whether she’s facilitating therapeutic programs such as Lego-Based Therapy, addressing complex behavioural challenges, or guiding families through NDIS planning, Kim is committed to empowering each person to thrive in all areas of life—at home, at school, and within the wider community. She believes that lasting positive change is achieved when interventions are collaborative, respectful, and centred on the individual’s goals and potential.
