Qualifications
Rachelle is an enthusiastic intern at Kind & Collaborative Empowerment, originally from Singapore and now based in Australia. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) at the University of Queensland, where she is developing a particular interest in Organisational Psychology—exploring how social and leadership strategies can enhance workflow, efficiency, and overall team wellbeing.

At KCE, Rachelle is gaining hands-on experience across both clinical and organisational psychology, from supporting client programs to observing neuroaffirming, strengths-based practices in action. This exposure is helping her broaden her understanding of the psychology field while offering valuable insight into the pathways of a clinical psychologist.
